How gamechanger got its start
When Shelley first began coaching in an educational setting, she recognized a gap in mental resilience and the ability to adapt to changes and challenges among athletes. At the time, she wasn’t sure how to address it. Motivated to find answers, she pursued a master’s degree in sports psychology. Over the years, she has continued to study, learn, and apply her knowledge, integrating mental performance principles into her coaching on a daily basis.
Today, most professional organizations and collegiate programs employ mental performance coaches because they understand the value and impact of mindset training. Shelley founded Gamechanger based on the belief that mindset and mental performance strength is the ultimate game-changer, and she is committed to helping athletes achieve their goals—both on and off the field.
