THE POWER OF A RESET ROUTINE

One mistake doesn’t have to ruin your game. But it will if you don’t know how to recover.

Try this simple reset:

  • Recognize the mistake

  • Release the emotion (breath, cue, shake it off)

  • Refocus on the next action

Practice your reset during training, not just games.
